Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable files, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after a purchase has been completed.

Exceptions

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to help:

• The file is damaged or cannot be opened.

• You received the wrong pattern.

• There is a technical issue with your purchase.

If a problem is confirmed, we will provide a replacement file or another appropriate solution.
